Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the simracingnation.com website (the "Service", "Site") operated by simracingnation.com ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. About Our Products

simracingnation.com offers clothing, apparel and merchandise. Our products are created and fulfilled through a partnership with a print-on-demand drop-shipping service. This service has fulfillment centers located globally, and your order will be processed and shipped from the facility best suited to efficiently produce and deliver your items.

2. Orders

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.
  • Fulfillment Time: Typically, it takes 3–7 business days to fulfill an order before it is shipped. This is an estimate and may vary.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment as indicated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Estimates: Once your order is fulfilled, shipping time depends on your location. Estimated shipping times are:
    • USA: 3–4 business days
    • Europe: 6–8 business days
    • Australia: 2–14 business days
    • Japan: 4–8 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control.
  • Tracking: When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. For any questions regarding your shipment, please contact us at alan@simracingnation.com.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders): International orders may be subject to additional customs and tax fees. These fees are not controlled by simracingnation.com and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely by country. Please consult your local customs office to determine if duties and taxes apply to your purchase. simracingnation.com is not responsible for these charges.
  • Order Not Received: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first:
    1. Verify the delivery address on your shipping confirmation email.
    2. Check with your local post office to see if they are holding the package.
    3. Ask neighbors if the package was left with them. If these steps do not locate your package, and the shipping address was correct, please contact us at alan@simracingnation.com with your order number for assistance.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned or lost, we may be able to arrange a replacement; however, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • General Policy: We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered.
    • To resolve this, please email us at alan@simracingnation.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Include your order number, photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item, and any other relevant details.
    • We will review your claim and, if validated, offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).
  • Mislabeled Items: In the rare event that an item you ordered is mislabeled (e.g., incorrect size label not matching the actual garment size as per our sizing charts), please contact us at alan@simracingnation.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Sizing: We provide sizing charts for every item in its product description. Please consult these charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot offer exchanges for items that do not fit if they match the ordered size and our provided charts.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of simracingnation.com and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of simracingnation.com.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
